Account problems
Locked out, or think someone else has access to your account? Email us from the address the account is registered to, if you still can.
Bugs and cheating
Tell us what happened and roughly when. If it was during a match, the approximate time helps us find it. Reporting a bug is always better than using it — exploiting one can get an account closed.
Your data
To get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account, email us and say which. We respond within one month and there is no charge. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of your rights.
